Terms & Conditions
The rules that apply when you sign up for or use Yeah IPTV. Please read them before you subscribe.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Yeah IPTV and govern your access to the website at yeahiptv.cam and the IPTV subscription service offered through it. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you confirm that you've read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to follow them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Opening an account, claiming a free trial, or buying a subscription counts as your agreement to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If any part of this document doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
2. Service Description
Yeah IPTV gives you access to a hand-picked library of live TV channels and on-demand content, delivered to your devices over the internet ("the service"). The service is sold on a subscription model. Available plans include:
- Monthly, quarterly, six-month, and yearly billing cycles.
- Single-device, dual-device, and multi-device connection tiers.
- A free 7-day trial, limited to one per account.
Channel lineups, content availability, and individual features can shift from country to country and may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Creation
- You need to supply a working email address to register.
- Keeping your password and login details safe is your responsibility.
- Credentials are personal. Don't pass them to anyone outside your household — each subscription is intended for private, non-commercial use.
- You must be at least 18 (or the legal age of majority where you live) to subscribe.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Yeah IPTV only for lawful purposes and in ways that don't harm other people's rights. Within those limits, you can:
- Stream content on devices you own, for your own viewing.
- Run the service in your home on the number of simultaneous connections that your chosen plan permits.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute your account or its access tokens.
- Run bots, scrapers, scripts, or any automated tooling against the service.
- Try to bypass geo-restrictions, content protections, or any other security mechanism.
- Capture, record, or copy any streamed content for redistribution.
- Use the service for commercial purposes — including public display in bars, hotels, or businesses — without prior written permission from us.
- Do anything that overloads, disrupts, or otherwise interferes with our servers or network.
Any breach of these rules can lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account with no refund.
6. Payment & Billing
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes or VAT may be added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency gateways). We don't store full card numbers on our servers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
- A reminder email goes out before each renewal. Cancelling on time is your responsibility if you don't want to continue.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or via our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you keep access until that period runs out.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is set out in full in our Refund Policy. In short: a money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases within the published window. Renewals and second purchases are non-refundable.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we can't promise that the service will never be interrupted. We're not responsible for outages caused by:
- Internet or device problems on your side.
- Planned maintenance or emergency work on our infrastructure.
- Force majeure events outside our reasonable control.
- Upstream channel provider outages or changes to content licensing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through Yeah IPTV is owned by or licensed to the respective rights-holders. Yeah IPTV doesn't claim ownership of the underlying broadcasts. The Yeah IPTV name, logo, website design, and source code, however, are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeah IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is capped at the amount you've paid for the current billing period.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Yeah IPTV, its staff, contractors, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by generally accepted international commercial law. Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith. If it can't be resolved that way, both sides agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use Yeah IPTV after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
